What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture orders?
Standard furniture orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery services?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery for all large furniture items. This includes inside placement, assembly in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to large furniture returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Rafael Interiors NYC stands by our quality. All furniture pieces include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I request custom fabric or finishes for your seating collections?
Absolutely. We offer a bespoke program for many of our sofas and chairs. Please contact our design concierge team to discuss COM (Customer's Own Material) options and custom wood finishes.
