At Rafael Interiors NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home furnishings. If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective materials and shipping crate to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and schedule a pickup with our designated white-glove carrier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
